Dear Customer,we completely understand your concern, and we'd like to clarify a few important points:
Your order was completed on time and shipped out via sea freight(LCL delivery) as scheduled. The goods have already arrived at the port in Mexico.
However, due to the ongoing customs strike in Mexico, the clearance process has been severely delayed, and the cargo has not yet been released for final delivery.
Also, since your shipping method was sea freight with local delivery(海派),the tracking
information will only update after customs clearance is completed and the local courier has picked up the cargo. This is why there is currently no updated tracking shown.
Please rest assured that we have been following up with the forwarder daily, urging them to do everything possible to expedite the clearance. We are treating this seriously and will inform you the moment there is any progress.
