Our scented candles are blended with natural plant essential oils. Compared to chemical fragrances, natural essential oils have a gentler diffusion rhythm (avoiding overpowering and irritating scents). Furthermore, our wicks are made of pure cotton, which provides more stable burning, just the diffusion range may be slightly limited by the space. If it's convenient, please let us know the size of your space and the environment you're using. We can customize a personalized diffusion plan for you (such as adjusting the fragrance concentration and wick length, using diffuser stones, etc.). Dear Customer,we completely understand your concern, and we'd like to clarify a few important points: Your order was completed on time and shipped out via sea freight(LCL delivery) as scheduled. The goods have already arrived at the port in Mexico. However, due to the ongoing customs strike in Mexico, the clearance process has been severely delayed, and the cargo has not yet been released for final delivery. Also, since your shipping method was sea freight with local delivery(海派),the tracking information will only update after customs clearance is completed and the local courier has picked up the cargo. This is why there is currently no updated tracking shown. Please rest assured that we have been following up with the forwarder daily, urging them to do everything possible to expedite the clearance.
